Alicia T. Vega (she/her/hers) President

Alicia founded Alicia T Vega Consulting, Inc. in 2016. As a premiere social sector interim leadership expert, Alicia is setting the standard and elevating the landscape for social sector performance and impact. She piloted a national peer support group for interim LGBTQA+ leaders as part of Third Sector Company where she is an alum of the Interim Executives Academy.

Alicia has been recognized for her leadership as a Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame Inductee, Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow, and named one of Chicago's Top Latina Leaders in Philanthropy from Make it Better 2 years in a row. She serves on several advisory boards including Leadership Greater Chicago Fellows Association, Association of Latines Motivated for Action Leadership Institute Advisory Committee, in addition to being appointed by Governor J.B. Pritzker to the Illinois Youth Budget Commission. She is Chair of Forefront Mission Sustainability Initiative, a program funding nonprofit organizations exploring collaboration and partnership strategies.

Alicia holds a certificate in Leading for DEI from the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree and a Master of Jurisprudence degree in Child and Family Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Alicia’s executive leadership experience also includes multiple executive leadership roles including Chief Program Officer, Vice President of Youth Development, Executive Director, and CEO.

 

Caprice Williams (she/her/hers) Consulting Associate

Caprice provides community engagement and retreat facilitation services. She is the founder of ROUZ Productions, a leading urban production company that produces films targeting underexposed themes that take place in urban communities. Caprice is an advocate for the increased resources for people with housing insecurity. She was a Housing System Navigator and Life Skills Counselor for Unity Parenting and Counseling, Inc as well as a prominent member of Chicago Continuum of Care’s Youth Action Board, representing the voices of youth who have experienced homelessness for the city of Chicago.



Cecilia Garcia (she/her/hers) Consulting Associate

Cecilia provides community engagement, retreat facilitation and Spanish translation/interpretation services. She is an immigration activist and plays a prominent role in the Right to Family Campaign, the grassroots campaign defending the human right to family. She is a church leader of Lincoln United Methodist Church and active leader of Familia Latina Unida/Centro Sin Fronteras. She was recently elected as the Illinois State Director of League of United Latin American Citizens.
